Singing bowl

The Tibetan bells, also known as Tibetan singing bowls, are real bowl-shaped musical instruments, made with particular metal alloys.

Very often the Tibetan bells are inlaid by hand, to give greater value to the instrument and to be able to reproduce high quality sounds.

Ringing a Tibetan bell is very simple!

Just use the special stick and give small taps on the bowl, or to rub with circular movements both the internal and external walls of the same. This produces continuous sounds and vibrations, which affect the restoration of the vibratory frequencies of the body and mind.
